1/2 a Block North Series I 1/2 a Block North is a collection of photographs taken half a block north of where I live. There is nothing remarkable about the block, which consists of a dry cleaner, taco bar, hair salon, bodega, liquor store and an alley leading to a marijuana dispensary. One afternoon I challenged myself to see what I could see. This is what I saw. These pictures demonstrate that there is beauty and art all around us in things we see every day. P.S.
